3. Packaging, Privacy & Stability Standards

To preserve chemical integrity and guarantee client privacy throughout the supply chain:

• Discreet Packaging: All shipments are dispatched in plain, unbranded, durable outer boxes or protective mailers. No product details, chemical names, or category descriptions appear on the external packaging.
• Temperature & Shock Protection: Compounds, single 10mg vials, and multi-vial research kits are sealed inside specialized inner insulation and shock-absorbing inserts to shield sensitive formulations from ambient light, moisture, and mechanical vibration during transit.

4. Address Verification & Delivery Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable address information at checkout.

• Address Errors: We are not liable for transit delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incomplete street numbers, missing suite/unit designations, or incorrect zip codes entered during checkout.
• Rerouting Costs: Any carrier fees associated with address correction or package rerouting during transit will be billed to the customer.
