PEPTIDE CRAFTERS / POLICIES

Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service agreement establishes the legal framework for accessing and utilizing the Peptide Crafters online store, digital content, social media channels, and customer support channels.

This policy operates alongside our Privacy Notice, Usage Disclaimers, and Cookie Management Policy—collectively designated as our Master Compliance Framework (MCF). Together, these documents form a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Purchaser,” or “Visitor”) and Peptide Crafters.

By browsing our website, engaging with our official social channels, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by every provision of this MCF. Continuous compliance with these conditions is mandatory for all site visitors, researchers, and clients. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must submit a formal written request detailing your objections, which Peptide Crafters will review and address at its sole operational discretion.

1. Experimental and Laboratory Use Restrictions

  1. Strict Research Classification: Every compound, reagent, and product offered by Peptide Crafters is formulated exclusively for laboratory-based in-vitro testing and scientific evaluation. They are explicitly prohibited from being used as domestic products, commercial additives, agricultural agents, or therapeutic drugs.
  2. Prohibition of Human or Animal Exposure: Our catalog items are non-pharmaceutical chemical entities. Under no circumstances should any item be introduced, administered, or applied—directly or indirectly—to humans or animals. Doing so violates federal regulations, poses severe risk of bodily harm, and constitutes an immediate breach of this agreement.
  3. Regulatory Exemption Framework (21 CFR Parts 100-740): Research compounds are specialized reagents reserved for accredited scientific study. Their strict designation for laboratory investigation exempts them from standard consumer chemical listings, provided they are not repurposed for personal, clinical, or veterinary applications. All website content is structured strictly for academic and educational references. Peptide Crafters assumes zero liability for unauthorized application, personal misconduct, or illegal handling. By purchasing, you certify that your order supports legitimate scientific inquiries that comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines.
  4. Resale and Repackaging Ban: Items supplied by Peptide Crafters are intended for the end-user’s verified research setting. Redistribution, repackaging, private-labeling, or reselling these materials to third parties is strictly forbidden.
  5. Buyer Assumption of Liability: The buyer assumes total operational and legal liability for storing, managing, applying, and disposing of all purchased materials. Peptide Crafters disclaims all liability for accidental injury, property loss, or physiological harm caused by improper handling or unauthorized application.
  6. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Responsibility: Unless explicitly documented otherwise, our catalog items are strictly intended for in-vitro research models and may not be listed on the TSCA chemical inventory. Purchasers bear full responsibility for ensuring their intended research methods conform with TSCA regulatory exemptions where applicable.

2. Comprehensive Hold-Harmless and Indemnification Agreement

By finalizing a transaction with Peptide Crafters, you agree to the following mandatory indemnification covenants:

  • Indemnification Scope: You hereby release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptide Crafters, its parent entities, officers, directors, operational staff, suppliers, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Merchant”) from any legal claims, liabilities, monetary damages, operational losses, or legal costs (including attorney fees) resulting from your purchase, handling, exposure to, or application of our compounds.
  • Acknowledgement of Unapproved Status: You explicitly recognize that these reagents have not been evaluated or cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for therapeutic, clinical, or personal use. You accept total legal risk for regulatory compliance within your governing jurisdiction.
  • Liability Release: You waive all rights to pursue lawsuits, civil actions, damage claims, or statutory demands against the Merchant for any direct, indirect, consequential, or accidental outcomes tied to our products.
  • Binding Effect: This waiver permanently binds you, your institution, heirs, legal estate administrators, corporate successors, and permitted assigns.

3. Account Information and Product Safety Guidelines

  • Account Accuracy: Creating an account or checking out requires full, current, and truthful information. Falsifying identity details, organizational credentials, or contact info violates this MCF and will trigger immediate account termination and order cancellations.
  • Label Adherence: Buyers must carefully review and follow all physical container labels, hazard symbols, and safety instructions prior to unsealing any product.
  • Professional Qualifications: Materials supplied by Peptide Crafters must be handled exclusively by qualified laboratory technicians operating within equipped, professional containment environments. Misrepresenting chemical compounds as consumer goods or mislabeling them is grounds for legal action.

4. Purchasing Eligibility, Pricing, and Checkout

  • Age Limit Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register, browse, or execute transactions on our site.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices listed online or across our communications are subject to change without advance notice. Published rates exclude local taxes, import tariffs, or carrier surcharges unless specified. In the event of a typographical pricing error, Peptide Crafters reserves the right to cancel affected orders and adjust charges to the correct amount.
  • Payment Processing & Security: Payments are processed securely at checkout. Statement descriptions depend on the selected payment provider. Review the payment instructions and confirmation for your transaction, and contact us if you do not recognize a charge. All transactions utilize industry-standard PCI-DSS encryption managed by authorized third-party payment gateways. Peptide Crafters does not store or log full credit/debit card numbers on its servers.
  • Payment Settlement: Orders must be paid in full prior to order fulfillment. Orders remaining unpaid for 24 hours are automatically voided by our system.

5. Order Management, Fulfillment, and Logistics

  • Order Acknowledgement vs. Acceptance: Receipt of an email order confirmation verifies that your request was submitted. It does not constitute formal acceptance of the sale. Peptide Crafters retains full discretionary authority to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch for compliance or operational reasons.
  • Delivery Variables: Shipping timetables are estimates based on regional logistics and carrier capacity. Delivery discrepancies or carrier issues must be reported to our support desk in writing within 48 hours of carrier notification.
  • Order Revisions & Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order reaches processing and fulfillment status. Once an order enters packing or dispatch, it cannot be canceled.

6. Guarantee, Return, and Exchange Protocols

  • 60-Day Satisfaction Window: Qualifying orders have a 60-calendar-day return window starting on the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Up to two opened items per order may qualify, subject to the condition requirements and exclusions in our Return, Refund & Order Protection Policy. Unsolicited returns without an approved RMA will be refused.
  • Pre-paid Return Labels: Once an RMA is issued, we provide a pre-paid return label. A flat $25 logistics fee is deducted from the refund, as stated in our Return, Refund & Order Protection Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 to 3 business days after receipt and inspection.
  • Consumption Inquiry Voiding: Crucial Policy Note: Any customer inquiry or communication indicating that a product was administered to humans or animals instantly voids all return guarantees, refunds, and support services. Such communications will receive no response and will be documented for compliance monitoring.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If an item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, notify customer support within 48 hours to secure a review of your claim. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and any visible damage. Contact sales@peptidecrafters.us.com before returning any materials; returns must follow the RMA process described in our Return, Refund & Order Protection Policy.
